It’s a new story arc, and this one is featuring a new Zodiarts, the one for Taurus. As a Taurus myself, I’ve been looking forward to this one, wondering what his specific powers would be, how the Supernova would manifest, and how he would fit in with group and interact with the Kamen Rider Club members. Hopefully, he won’t be a one arc and out like some of the others recently.

Next time Gentaro see her, he keeps trying to get Eline to accept Yuuki as a true rival and fight her fair. The notion of a Horrorscopes having that sense of honor is refreshing, however it also is what spells her doom but more on that later.

Eline gets all crazy chick and then switches back to Aquarius later on and Meteor appeared…but we didn’t get his proper henshin spot and I didn’t get to fist pump like a guido and I feel slightly robbed. However the rest of this episode more than makes up for it.

Anyways, there was a cross country race between Eline and Kengo, against Yuuki and this random guy, who turns out is not so random, but more on that...

So now we begin an arc about the students being tested to go out into space. Why Yuuki and the rest of the Kamen Rider Club seem pumped up for it escapes me because Rabbit Hutch is ON THE FUCKING MOON!

OK, enough of me shitting on the entire premise for this arc, let’s meet Elise, exchange student from America

The first of a few Nihongo botches from her…she meant to say Chuui (be careful) but instead went Chuu (Kiss). I’ll have to say, she does look like a nisei, so this is believable casting! Good job, TOEI!!

So everyone we know gets tested to go out into space. Eline is quite impressed with Kengo, but then he has one of his spells and falls to the floor. Eline walks away for a tick and then suddenly…

Yeah, good question! It’s the Aquarius Horrorscope and she hits Kengo with this ...

So, JK had left the Kamen Rider Club and Gentarou figured out that it was because of the bonds between the members of the Kamen Rider Club that he was able to transform to the Cosmic States and with him leaving, so did the ability to go into Cosmic States. When graduates Mio and Shun find out that JK left, we get a typical Shun face.

Gene God announce they’re going to be doing a live show, but Yuki, Kengo and Tomoko are all like zombies. In fact, everyone other than Mio, Shun, Ryuji and Gentarou are affected by Capricorn’s spell. Mio and Shun because they don’t listen to the show, while Ryuji and Gentarou are protected because of them being Kamen Riders...

So, it seems that there’s a new internet DJ named Gene that all the kids are listening to, even taking his advice to throw water in the face of an arrogant club sempai. Turns out that the DJ is JK!

Also turns out that one of his childhood buds just so happens to be the Capricorn Horrorscope. Sucks to be him, right? Wrong…JK can’t sing very well, but when he sings with Capricorn and his guitar playing, he actually sounds good. (On this, suspend your disbelief a bit, OK?)

This all leads to the eventual battle between Fourze and Meteor versus Capricorn, and we get Yuki’s Epic Scenery Chewing Moment during the henshin.

Is it wrong that I look so forward to her scenery chewing? No, not really.

Well, there also happens to be a knock on effect after JK and Capricorn play on the air and the kids ...

YAY!! Sakebito’s Saucy Stuff is now talking tokusatsu!!! I had been neglecting it since my new found love for wuxia and other types of Ancient Chinese Series, but I just couldn’t let myself get more than 2 weeks behind, so today I watched last week’s Kamen Rider Fourze.

The Kamen Rider Club are still all on their class field trip to Kyoto and Yukina is still being a formidable hindrance on the Club’s unofficial activities…that being kicking Zodiart ass!
