OMFG! I have just finished watching the two episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender – The Legend of Korra and I am filled with different emotions that I must blog about! Firstly, WHAT A SEASON FINALE! It really was brilliant, suspenseful, exciting, sad, happy and much more.

The episode started with Republic City under attack/war, and everyone’s in hiding.

Then, we find out this HUGE secret, that the councilman was really Amon’s brother. HOLY CRAP! And I thought he was evil! (Maybe he still is, I’m not too sure).

He tells the story of his past. His brother Amon, who’s name was Noatak back then, were trained blood bending by his father...

They’re at the Southern Water tribe, which is snowing an aweful lot. A few people is walking to a house. The person is the leader of the Order of the White Lotus, a secret soceity which finds new Avatar and trains them.

A man greets them at the door, and a lady inside welcomes them.

The leader says they’ve been looking here and the Northern tribe but were unsuccessful. The lady with her husband says that their search has come to an end.

THIS…. IS THE REASON WHY! Young Korra kicks ass!

She’s so cute too!

Look at the way she comes in and bends fire.

The scene changes to her 18 years later, where she is showing her firebending powers to the Order.

Katara, who is now old with white hair, says that she’s strong.

Another person says that she lacked restraint!

Korra continues to kick some ass...

I’ve started watching Legend of Korra and I think it’s a fantastic series.

I haven’t finished Avatar: The Last Airbender yet and really need to, but it’s been fun catching this on Saturday mornings.

My first impression:

HECK YEA, a series about a little girl! Haha! I would have loved it if the story was about her that age, she’s so cute!

I really think Korra is an excellent female character. She really kicks ass! I love how she’s strong, can fight, and is nice. She saves others too, and I think she’s gonna get really strong.

Besides that evil repeat they did the other day, wow they’re really going forward with the story. Today’s episode (8) really left on a cliff hanger. It’s funny, every time they really make it full of suspense, the ad comes on.
